The YMCA offers Red Cross CPR classes to the public. Would you know what to do in a cardiac, breathing or first aid emergency? Those answers could help you save a life! With an emphasis on hands-on learning, our American Red Cross Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid (r.21) course teaches you the skills to save a life. All course options align with OSHA’s Best Practices for Workplace First Aid Training Programs.
We have swim lessons for everyone, starting at 6 months to seniors! Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning two benchmark skills: Swim, float, swim sequencing front glide, roll, back float, roll, front glide, jump, push, turn, grab. Your child is guaranteed 6 out of the 8 swimming lessons.

Our instructional programs focus on giving children opportunity to improve in game fundamentals, game knowledge, sportsmanship and teamwork, appropriate competition, while having fun.
